As a Registered Nurse Home Health for Monmouth County at VNA Health Group, you’ll be an integral part of a team dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients who need it most. You’ll make a direct impact on their lives by assessing their health needs, developing personalized care plans, and empowering patients and families with the knowledge they need to live healthier lives. Qualifications

• Active RN License (BSN preferred)
• 1+ year of supervised RN experience (home health or med/surg preferred)
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Car and valid driver’s license
