Job Title: Registered Nurse (Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology)

Schedule: 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday (No on-call required)

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Pay: $31.00/hour ($1,240.00 weekly)
• Housing Stipend: $1,001.00
• Meals & Incidentals: $560.00
• Total Gross Pay: $2,801.00 weekly
  
  

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with 3-5 years of Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology (IR) experience to join our dedicated team. The role involves providing exceptional patient care, conducting thorough assessments, and maintaining accurate documentation, all while ensuring patient satisfaction and safety.

What You'll Do

• Assessment Skills: Perform comprehensive patient assessments across Pediatric to Geriatric stages, delivering age-appropriate care.
• Clinical Skills: Execute direct patient care, emergency procedures, and demonstrate competency with clinical tools and equipment.
• Documentation: Accurately document nursing processes, patient progress, and educational efforts.
• Professionalism: Uphold policies, procedures, and maintain a commitment to professional growth.
• Patient Satisfaction: Foster a positive, courteous environment for patients and families in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to National Patient Safety Goals and follow universal safety protocols.
• Unit-Specific Skills: Manage care for surgical patients, ensuring understanding of conditions, diagnoses, and anesthesia procedures.
• Responsibility & Accountability: Prioritize and adapt patient care based on evolving needs.
• Patient Education: Engage patients and families in understanding procedures, providing preoperative and postoperative education.
• Pre-Admission Testing (PAT): Ensure timely patient testing and evaluate appropriateness of testing orders.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in Critical Care, and 3-5 years in Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology.
• License & Certifications: RN License, BLS, ACLS (required).
• Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
