Position Description

A healthcare organization in the Capital Region of New York is actively seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide essential nursing services at one of their Albany-based facilities.

About the Opportunity:

  • Shift: Day or Night
  • Schedule: Full-Time
  • Hours: 7am to 7pm or 7pm to 7am
  • Setting: Long-Term Care

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring interventions outlined in resident care plans are implemented
  • Maintaining all required documentation
  • Overseeing CNAs
  • Providing quality resident care
  • Administering direct nursing care and treatment
  • Performing other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in an Acute or Long-term Care
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing
  • NYS Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Tube Feed experience
  • Trach Care knowledge
  • Basic computer skills

Desired Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Critical Care background
  • Experience with Shaker Vests
